My name is Triston M. Winterich
Getting into remodeling/design was not on purpose. I've been involved in real estate for a decade now. In addition to being a Real Estate Agent, which I still am, I have bought, remodeled, and sold plenty of homes over the years. This was a hobby I enjoyed during my free time; the 'design' aspect of things satiated my artistic side and I liked creating something, hands-on. This grew, unintentionally, to the point that I now have buyers I work with as a Real Estate Agent asking me to facilitate their remodel. Sort of like a "Fixer-Upper" type of idea, if you've ever seen the television show on Magnolia Network. Chip & Joanna Gaines help their client find a home they like, but the property needs a bit of TLC. After they facilitate the home purchase, they begin working on the remodeling side of things. This is something that I am emulating now, and I truly enjoy. Real estate is my passion, every part of it. I love this business, I love remodeling & design, and I love helping my client's vision come to life.
